Patrick Ratheiser is Director & Head of AI at EY Austria, where he supports companies in moving AI from proof-of-concept projects to production systems with measurable business impact. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of the Austrian AI company Leftshift One, which he built from an early-stage start-up into an internationally active provider of AI solutions. He brings more than 15 years of experience in AI and technology, has led the development of scalable platforms, and has supported numerous AI implementations across a wide range of industries. Over the course of his career, he has delivered more than 170 AI projects and has given hundreds of talks on AI strategy, generative AI, and transformation. He is also committed to advancing the AI ecosystem, including through his involvement with AI Austria.
